Can you gift a custom garment if you don’t know his size?

Yes — you never need his measurements. The recipient is measured by Sam at his own fitting, so everything is drafted to his exact body. You simply reserve the gift and we prepare a certificate in his name.

How does a suit gift certificate work?

You reserve the gift; the recipient receives a gift certificate and note; he books his own fitting at the Vaughan studio or has Sam travel to him across the GTA; the suit is made to his measurements and kept on a pattern for future orders.

What if he wants something different than I’d pick?

That’s the point of a made-to-measure gift — the recipient chooses the cloth, cut and details with Sam, so it ends up exactly what he wants. You’re giving the experience and the suit, not guessing his taste.

How long does it take?

A made-to-measure suit is crafted over several weeks and a couple of fittings — it’s an experience, not an off-the-shelf item. If the gift is for a dated occasion like a wedding, reserve it with time to spare and we’ll plan the timeline together.
