Three ways to begin.
Pick whichever way is easiest. First consultations are candid and carry no obligation, at the studio or on a quick video call.
The consultation is free. Half is due once the fabric is chosen, half on delivery, and you see the full price before either.
Just leave your number.
Sam (or someone in the family) calls back the same business day. No commitment, no schedule to navigate. Just a quick conversation about what you have in mind.
The studio.
A quiet room of wool, light, and patience. One client at a time, the way an old tailor's workshop kept its afternoons.
First-time visits run about an hour and twenty minutes: a long look at what's in your wardrobe today, twenty-six measurements, a draft of the first pattern. Bring a jacket you wear often if you can. We'll measure it too.

A few straight answers.
What does a first fitting cost?
Nothing. You get the full sit-down, the measurements, and Sam's candid advice at no charge. If we work together, we'll quote the garment honestly before any fabric is cut.
How long does a suit take?
A suit takes three to four weeks on the bench, a shirt two to three. Wedding work is started nine to twelve months out, which is breathing room rather than making time.
Do you alter existing suits?
Yes, particularly for our existing clients. Sleeve, hem, and trouser alterations are usually finished within five business days.
Can you come to my office or home?
Yes, by arrangement. Sam will come to you for a short first visit, the measuring and the choosing, arranged on the phone rather than booked online so he can say what is possible and what it involves. The fitting itself, on the finished garment, happens at the Vaughan studio.
Is the studio open on Shabbos or Yom Tov?
No. We're closed all Shabbos, Yom Tov, and chol hamoed. Fridays the studio is open 10 to 2, so there is time to prepare before Shabbos.
Is parking easy?
Yes. On-site parking, a few minutes off Highway 7 and a short walk from Rutherford GO.
